Transforming Organizations for Positive Impact

We help mission-driven nonprofit and philanthropic leaders move from plan to action focusing on Strategic Vision Implementation and AI for Mission Fulfillment.

Strategic Vision Implementation

Board and Leadership Alignment · Fundraising Model Design · Operations Scaling · Program Evaluation

Every nonprofit has a strategic plan somewhere on a shelf, or at least a Google Drive folder with noble intentions. The challenge isn’t writing the plan; it’s living it. That’s where I come in. After a decade as a nonprofit CEO, I know firsthand how hard it can be to translate vision into action while juggling budgets, board opinions, and the constant fires to put out.

My approach is practical and people-centered: aligning leadership teams, refining fundraising models, and building the systems that make growth sustainable. Strategy shouldn’t feel theoretical, it should be the reason you sleep better at night. Together, we’ll turn your “someday” goals into measurable results, with a process that’s both focused and (believe it or not) enjoyable.

AI for Mission Fulfillment

Ethical AI frameworks · AI strategy & policy development · Organizational adoption of AI tools

Artificial intelligence isn’t a magic wand, but for nonprofits, it can feel pretty close when used thoughtfully. As a longtime CEO navigating limited staff time and big community needs, I learned the value of every tool that helps amplify impact. Today, AI can do everything from streamlining donor communications to analyzing program data, but it needs to be guided by ethics, equity, and a clear mission.

I help organizations explore AI not as a tech fad, but as a force multiplier for good. Whether you’re building a policy, training your team, or just wondering what AI actually does besides make cat videos, I’ll help you move from curiosity to confident use. The goal isn’t replacing people, it’s freeing them to do their most human work.

Is your organization asking questions like:

  • How do we scale?

  • How can we raise more funds?

  • How do we become more sophisticated in our operations?

  • What does it take to grow our board?

  • Should and How do we use AI to benefit our mission?

  • What steps do we need to take to have a larger impact?

I’m here to help you find the answers and create a roadmap for sustainable success. Let’s chat about your needs!
