More about Dan
With over 25 years in the nonprofit, education, and government sectors, Dan provides strategic consulting to help organizations and leaders grow, thrive, and scale their impact. Formerly CEO of Tech Goes Home, a Massachusetts-based nonprofit tackling the digital divide, he also served as a Legislative Aide in Washington, DC, before returning to Boston to work within the public school system.
For Dan, this work has always been about more than strategy or fundraising—it’s about making the world a little better. He believes everyone deserves opportunity, and feels fortunate to stand alongside organizations that are opening doors and creating lasting change.
His efforts have earned him honors such as the Charles Benton Digital Equity Champion award, the ELL Families Empowerment Award, and a Special Recognition Award from Parent University. You may have seen his work spotlighted in outlets like The New York Times, The Boston Globe, The Business Journal, and Commonwealth Beacon Magazine. He’s also shared his insights at national and local conferences, including national digital inclusion summits and philanthropy forums.
Nothing is more important to Dan than his two powerful daughters (and the Sox winning the World Series in 2004).
Quick Fact: Dan doesn’t eat anything that casts a shadow.
